Do you have an apartment available for short-term rentals? If so, Paris Hideaways will be pleased to work with you to rent
your apartment in Paris or your vacation rental in London,
• All apartments we offer to our clients are visited and carefuly selected by our agents prior to being offered to our clients through our web site.
• Upon acceptable qualification of the apartment, we will fill out a non exclusive listing agreement. This listing agreement will give Paris Hideaways and Un toit à Paris the right to offer your apartment for rent. When the listing agreement is completed and signed we can begin to offer your apartment to our clients.
• There is no charge to list your apartment with us. To do so, please contact us through email with the following details : your full name, telephone, address and email, a short description of your flat, its location, size and availability. We only accept apartments that are available at least 8 months during the year.
• We also request that each owner have their own cleaning service (for check out) and a greeting person (for check in). We can provide references of reliable cleaning ladies if you do not have one.
